Who
The controller is Giuseppe Canale, who runs xbe.at. Write to [email protected] for anything about your data.
Reading the site
Pages are served through Cloudflare (delivery and protection from attacks) from a server at IONOS in the European Union. Both process your IP address and browser data to deliver the page and keep the site safe, and keep technical logs for a short time. The site keeps a page counter with no personal data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe site.
Advertising
The notes carry Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to show ads and measure them. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ads are personalised only if you agree in the consent message; you can change your choice at any time from that message, and manage Google ads at adssettings.google.com. How Google uses data from sites that show its ads: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
AI storm accounts and subscriptions
If you sign in to AI storm we keep your email address, when the account was created and last used, and the state of your subscription. Sign-in works with a one-time link sent by email; a technical session cookie keeps you signed in and is not used for anything else. Payments are handled by Stripe: your card details never reach us, we keep only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Emails (sign-in links, receipts, the evening reading for subscribers) are sent from our IONOS mailbox, and we log each send (address, subject, outcome). The language model that writes the evening reading receives only market numbers, never your data. Legal basis: the contract you ask for; for accounting records, a legal obligation.
Paid work and contributions
Payments from the Work with me page go through Stripe payment links. We receive your name, email and the amount, and the emails you send us about the job. Legal basis: the contract and the tax rules on receipts and invoices.
How long
Account data while the account exists: write to us and we delete it. Sign-in links expire after 30 minutes (gift links after 7 days). Payment and accounting records for the ten years Italian law requires. Correspondence as long as needed to handle it.
Outside the EU
Cloudflare, Stripe and Google may process data in the United States. They are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or use the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, limit or object to its use, and take it elsewhere, by writing to [email protected]: we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Navigazione. Le pagine passano da Cloudflare (distribuzione e protezione dagli attacchi) e da un server IONOS nell'Unione europea, che trattano indirizzo IP e dati del browser per servire la pagina e proteggere il sito, con log tecnici conservati per poco tempo. Il contatore delle pagine non contiene dati personali. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse a gestire un sito sicuro.
Pubblicità. Gli articoli mostrano annunci Google AdSense. Google e i suoi partner possono usare cookie e identificatori simili per mostrare e misurare gli annunci. Nello Spazio economico europeo, nel Regno Unito e in Svizzera gli annunci sono personalizzati solo se acconsenti nel messaggio di consenso, dove puoi cambiare scelta quando vuoi; gli annunci Google si gestiscono anche da adssettings.google.com.
Account e abbonamenti AI storm. Se accedi ad AI storm conserviamo l'indirizzo email, le date di creazione e di ultimo accesso e lo stato dell'abbonamento. Si entra con un link valido una volta inviato per email; un cookie tecnico di sessione ti tiene collegato e non serve ad altro. I pagamenti passano da Stripe: i dati della carta non arrivano mai a noi, teniamo solo gli identificativi Stripe di cliente e abbonamento. Le email partono dalla nostra casella IONOS e di ogni invio teniamo indirizzo, oggetto ed esito. Il modello linguistico che scrive la lettura della sera riceve solo numeri di mercato, mai i tuoi dati. Base giuridica: il contratto che chiedi; per le registrazioni contabili, un obbligo di legge.
Lavori e contributi. I pagamenti dalla pagina Work with me passano da link di pagamento Stripe: riceviamo nome, email e importo, oltre alle email che ci scrivi sul lavoro.
Per quanto. I dati dell'account finché esiste: scrivici e lo cancelliamo. I link di accesso scadono dopo 30 minuti (quelli regalo dopo 7 giorni). Pagamenti e contabilità per i dieci anni previsti dalla legge.
Fuori dall'UE. Cloudflare, Stripe e Google possono trattare dati negli Stati Uniti, con la certificazione EU-US Data Privacy Framework o le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
I tuoi diritti. Puoi chiedere copia, rettifica o cancellazione dei tuoi dati, limitarne o opporti al trattamento e chiederne la portabilità scrivendo a [email protected]: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
